Italian Heartland Properties (until Feb 2006 traded as Tuscia Retreats) is a Registered Trade Mark of Ianua Immobiliare and is owned by Manuel Panzera who is a qualified Estate Agent enrolled (n. 917) at the Chamber of Commerce in Viterbo. We are also a member of the FIAIP (Italian Federation of Professional Real Estate Agents) - membership n.20434.

We have operated for many years in the Tuscia area of northern Lazio, offering assistance in all areas of property purchase and restoration and we have now expanded to include properties for sale in south-western Umbria, as well as an extensive range of optional services available to purchasers throughout Italy. It is an Anglo-Italian family business based in Tuscania, northern Lazio, where we have lived and worked for 28 years. Through our own personal experiences in property purchase and development and many years of helping anglophones purchase their dream property in Italy, we have a vast experience of the problems that face foreigners in finding the right property and in understanding and dealing with the purchase process. Our aim is to offer prospective purchasers sound advice and tailor-made assistance to enable them to realise their dreams effectively, smoothly and quickly.

To this end we have established excellent relationships with many local estate agents and architects which has enabled us to build up an extensive portfolio of properties of all types and all prices.
