Our portfolio of properties selected from those available with our associated registered Italian Agents is free for you to browse and we will be happy to send you further details of any properties that interest you. If you would like to take your property search a step further our free Property Search Package (excluding travel expenses in our car if required-see package details for further information) is available to take the headache out of contacting agencies to make appointments, arranging accommodation and generally communicating with non- English speaking agents. We have already negotiated our fees with the agents that are listed on our website so that is no additional cost to you. What you would pay to them you pay to us instead, plus you get all our expertise and assistance during the purchase process.

If you have already found a property though an agent but need help through the purchase process, our optional Pre-Purchase Consultancy Package will solve your problems. Our Service Packages are designed to assist foreign clients at every stage of their search and house purchase and beyond, assisting with the particular problems that face them in dealing with a foreign language and unfamiliar bureaucratic system. We feel the peace of mind and practical help we can offer clients through years of experience of the Italian property market are indispensable in avoiding costly errors and endless hassle.
